4 10's sealed box or 2 12's ported?

If you're looking for output, do the pair of 12's ported. Doing a comparison using the same subs is pointless because the sub will perform better in either sealed or ported, so one setup will automatically have an advantage. Find some subs that work well in ported boxes and get a nice box done...you'll be happy.

2 DC lvl 3 12's in 4 cubes would sound real good on 950. They have a lil room to grow in amp size later down the road.

Just went to DC's website nice looking subs can anybody vouch for these and wat's the price on the lvl 3s

Price, you would have to get ahold of thorshammer or get ahold of Rusty at DC. Prices vary. But DC makes wicked subs, and are well priced.

i'll prolly buy a monoblock power series later on down the road and use the power1000 as a 4 channel but right now i need sum subs that will sound good with 425 a piece and room to take more later on like u just said

Going by the t/s that DC provides, the lvl3's are more of a sealed box woofer. The only time I'd port them would be in (very)large boxes tuned (very)low.
