How hard is it to bend 4/0 welding i want to run to two runs of it from the front

to the back for my batts and amps.

terminating it would be harder than bending it IMO.

its not bad, i had 2 runs in my car up til last weekend when i ripped it all out im doing 8 runs of 1/0 instead.

4/0 is not that bad at all to bend if its true welding wire. more strandes the better. and dont worry about putting a terminal on it, thats cake. just strip it back get your terminal and a torch heat the terminal up. melt some solder in there(more the better) then stick the cable in. and i promise thats the best way you should do it, that terminal will never come off. plus shouldnt take more then 5 mins to do it. its even simpler if you got some one help yah out.
