Does your jigsaw have a variable speed setting? You should try slowing it down some as it might help you keep a more constant circle. It's either that you need a different blade or you just need to slow down. Jigsaws can make beautiful circles free hand, even cheap and ghetto saws.

Other than your cutouts, your enclosures are looking pretty good.

you killed your vent area with the back wall. It's closer than mouth so therefor, your area is as big as the back. (if this makes sense to you)
