3rd box for the D6 1.25 @35 hz ~**pix**~

well i decided to follow diamonds recommendation for my 10" D6 dual 2 ohm sub. its 1.25 cu ft with 2 2 -1/2" ports that are each 16" long. the curve starts at 30 hz (o db) peaks at 35.4 hz (+6db) and goes to about +2db @ 40 hz and slowly goes down to +1db 44 hz and up. its more of an output box, and should be miles away from my shitty .6 cu ft sealed box i got currently.

first time using titebond, we'll see how much i like it

guess my school books were worth the money after all:laugh:

time to get back to work, ill have more as i complete it

got a couple more sides glued down

"top" glued on-thats where one of the ports will be, i gotta screw around with sketch up to see possible clearance issues with the other port

thats it for tonight, tomarrow ill cut the holes and caulk the backing, and run to home depot for the PVC

Go easy with the sealant and glue...a wet rag is your friend.

just some medium dark carpet to match the trunk

theres really not that much sealant on it, it looks like alot but it thins out to next to nothing
