3hp motor structure what top assy's?

i have an eclispe ti 15" will a broke vc and i was wondering what my options are. could i get a new top assy with good vc's thatll screw on or should i get the vc fixed. i hear about people having trouble with tc lately so im not sure if i wanna send it to them plus they raised their prices.

Im picking up a tc 3hp with a 12 spoke basket and an inverted cone reconed from re..

Not sure how he did that one, but the 12 spoke basket can be done..
