360a2 Gains?

I have a RF 360a2 and need to adjust the gains. First off, it is rated for 360 watts, but I hear it is much more powerful. What power rating should I use to find the target voltage (I know how to do it, just not sure on the number)? Also, anyone know how to adjust it? It has a left and right gain, and below each just a pin hole. I dont see anything that would allow me to adjust it, not head for a screwdriver. Is anyone familiar with this amp? Also, if my gains are 1-2 volts off, how big of a difference does it make? I know the process and have read the sticky. Any help is greatly appreciated.
