360 **4** Red Rings

Hey guys. I have had my 360 for a few years now. A year or 2 ago i got the 3 Red Rings of Death, shipped it to them and got it back. Since then it has worked flawlessly, until today.

I turn it on and get the 4 blinking red lights. Scared the shit out of me at frist but then i read it only meant my AV cable was not hooked up or was broken. I tried 2 different cables from my friends and I have the same problem, 4 red lights.

So i called xbox and they told me it would take 4 weeks and $100 to fix. **** that. I looked onlin and read about wrapping the xbox in a towel and letting it run for a while, but that is for the 3 RROD problem. So i came to you guys asking if you know any tricks, or other options I have besides sending it to xbox, getting a new 360, (or a ps3 for you ****ers who suggest that).

2 questions, 1)when are those new jasper editions going to be available? 2)did the RROD effect the elites? I have an elite, no issues myself, just curious...
