welll its what i got.... soo i wanna make it sound as loud as possible. i like only having 1 sub and people get in my car and be like dammmmm all that from just ONE sub??? and again thats ur OPINION of that one particular sub.

plus sub forward not sealed off isnt loud at all in the first place..... sub forward 1 6" pvc tuned around 34 or so to the drivers side would be much louder....

but wouldnt all that unloading in the trunk shake my trunk apart and rattle like crazy?

in all the cars i tested... so take my opinion lightly...but i have yet to see a LOUD trunk setup in meca that was all firing forward not seaed off. hell i havent seena setup that was loud in a trunk unless it was ridiulous like 4 15's or 4 12's.

Then you haven't went to enough shows:laugh:

My teammate Andy Mattingly did a 145.x with a single 12" Nightshade in a trunk and 148.9 with 2 of them at World Finals. He's also lazy as fawk about testing. The guy that took 2nd in my class last year hit a 150 out of Cavalier trunk with 2 10" Crossfires. It was very impressive.

I hear ya on that! I havent yet heard another single sub in my area as loud as mine, most are like "Bullsh*t thats not one twelve". with your dimensions i think you may be able to get like 3.25-3.5, a lil more than your current setup, Id also port it out the side of the box if you fold your seats down alot, I had a 00 grand am with fold-downs and it sounded great ported out the side rather than into cab, as for rattling that trunk to pieces, thats a project all on its own, just depends on the car.I was pretty impressed with minimal rattles my grand am. Heres a pic of my old box, the one im referring to.
