im kinda curious bout the aeros now lol... how do u put those into a box? obviously u would use a router to cut the hole, but what would you use to keep them in place and seal them in?

only thing im worried bout havin anything fire into the trunk is it beating the hell out of my trunk lid and rattling liek crazy. i dont really have extra dough to spend on dampener n such. loookin to spend like $50 tops on wood and carpet

welll its what i got.... soo i wanna make it sound as loud as possible. i like only having 1 sub and people get in my car and be like dammmmm all that from just ONE sub??? and again thats ur OPINION of that one particular sub.

the psp aero port there are mounting holes on the bigger flange so you can screw them to the box.

like he said above. you will have to put the tubing thru the hole and put your arm thru the speaker hole to put the inner flare on, but if you only wanna spend $50 then i wouldnt do aeros. they are like $30shipped for 2

whats everyones opinion? slot port > aeros? or aeros > slot port? and im lookin to spend round $50 cuz a sheet of mdf is like $30 and carpet prices went down at the local home depot.

i would just do the slot port, gonna cost less

if it was me,i would go with the sub completly on 1 side and do dual aero ports on the other,that alone would most likely give you more output.and raise tuning to 38-40.kicker subs like the high tunes lol

no they dont at all..... mine liked being tuned around 33-34 and sounded like *** ans had no output on the lows when tuned higher
