Which Port Is Best For My Box?

I'm in the process of building a mostly fiberglass box, hoping its going to be about 14cubes, four RE SE 15"s firing foward, about 2000 watts rms, with the port firing up... It's my daily driver, and I want it to sound good as well as get loud as hell... Should I go with aero ports, PVC ports, or a regular box port? I'm not sure of the benefits and draw backs of these...

Aero ports *generally* have less port noise.

Yea i love my aero ports they sound great and are easy to tune like 8 6in ports 2 per 15 or 4 4inch per 15 which is 16 ports lol

Yeah, I see alot of people running aero ports, but I've never actually used them myself... Where is the best place to get them? I'd like to go ahead and buy some... And four 6" aero ports? That seems like alot, anybody got an estimate of how long they'll need to be? And about the plans, I'm horrible at trying to sketch them out, but here's what I got done on the art program, lol... Maybe it'll get the point across... I only put one bix box port on the top though, that was before I decided to look into others...

Used psp's with flared ends. Maybe 4 6" aeros.

I'm still not 100% on that either, lol... But I'm thinkin at about 32Hz... All I listen to is rap/hip hop... And it's four 15"s, so I'm hopin that will be able to catch the lows...

I don't know about that fiberglassing. Looks like a lot of bubbles. I can't imagine it's very strong at all considering the wide, flat sections of it. Do you think it'll be sturdy enough for 4 15"s?

Well, it does have a good bit of bubbles... But its being backed by the floor and back of the car to give it more strength... It's pretty strong already, and I'm probably going to throw one more layer on it... When it's in the car I'm pretty sure it'll hold up alright...

So I should be able to use only 4 6" ones? Or should I go ahead and get 8? Where is the best place to get these from?

5-6 6" aeros would be perfect, but 4 6" aeros would work.... I'd use 6 IMO. Thats just a lotta cash for ports lol. But I love them so much more then slot ports //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
