BUDGET IS $480 shipped im not going over this.

If i dont find one today ill just buy the hk4000d

anyways..i need 3500rms or above at 1 or 2 ohm. obviously needs to do rated power and has to be clean power. i dont care about the cosmetic condition as much as mechanical. ill be running 2 ohm until i get a recone so the wiring options will change then.

lemme know what people have..

its still in the shop. repair guy takes sooo **** long. the gain knob on my friends amp came off and this guy took 5 weeks to repair it.

Thats gay! well i would go with an MA amp. 1.)They're current hogs 2.)They do there Rated power @ 17 volts so good luck with that!

ive owned a few of the amps so im not talking out my *** or what i heard someone else say. its from experience.

But dont get me wrong they are smooth amps and can take a beating.

1. ive got no problems supplying current. 2. theyre also rated at 14.4v.

well on 6 2400 benched one and it did 2860 and that was @.7

and that was with a 300 amp alt

yep was using dual 1s @.25 with rise was sitting at .73 or somethinglike that and the draw was 620 or some crazy crap like that

with 30 runs of 1/0

well that sucks. i ran my hk at full tilt and at 2 ohm and didnt drop below 13.8v.

anyways back to the point..i need an amp!

i am not trying to talk u out of the amp or anything i just want to make sure u no alittle about them and if your running it daily i wouldnt run it below 2 ohm for burps your fine but not on music

haha ya ive owned 2 of them. i liked them and they pounded my aq. im having trouble finding a big amp at 2 ohm tho. and i dont wanna run half power until i can get a recone so im hoping for a big amp at 2 ohm but i guess i can take 1 ohm. ive been looking at the crunch gp3000d pro too.
