I'm pretty sure it doesn't just depend on the tuning frequency of your box, but also your vehicle's cabin gain and resonant frequency and such. More of a combination of box and vehicle.

depends on your peak frequency. I know with my old old box tuned to either 35 or 40hz it would play best on air forces by jeezy which is high 40s

Air Forces is right at 40hz.
