me and my brother just finished building this for my Jeep yesterday... came out pretty nice if you ask me and it's very musical as well... tuned to 31.5 hz

(in the last photo it looks like theres a gap between the top plate and the rear wall, but there isn't. the top just overhangs a little bit. when i come back home from school in december i'm going to make it nice and flush and paint will be added. anybody have any cosmetic recommendations?

Could not tell you, but you may want to start by going to crutchfield and get a consensus on the 7 or so replacements they recommend. That average...

You could try to make the port longer, but there might be other reasons with the box won't extend lower, or even the sub. You'd have to reverse...
