$300 Budget for Components and an Amplifier

I'm trying to spend under 300$ (with installation) for a 2way amp and component speakers. I have a 94 Integra w/ a Eclipse 3414 HU and Alpine Type-S 2-way speakers.

I researched a bit and heres what ive found:

Comes out to be about $240 w/o shipping (wouldnt mind having extra money for xmas presents)

I'm going to at least try the install myself, hopefully it will work out.

Open to any suggestions or changes
