Circuit breakers are not a good idea. They lose their capacity every time they are tripped. So the first time it will trip at rated load, then it will begin to trip at lower values every time it is tripped.
If thats true it may not be good for what I wanted it for. My car sits for prolonged periods, so my thought was to do a circuit breaker instead of a fuse under the hood, then when I parked it I could just push the button to trip it therefore disconnecting the back battery bank from the front battery. Save me from having a fuse and a shut off.
