3-way power question

I am looking at a 3 way system. It is a MBQUART two with a 4 and tweeter with a add a woofer 6.5". The two way components state they can handle between 40-100 watts. The added 6" woofer says it can handle between 80-150.

When I run power to these speakers, do i run one chamel for the components and another for the woofer? How do these hook up to the crossover board seperate? I was planning to go with a 4 channel amp that was 150 per hannel and run two channels out to each 3 way set but that looks like it wil be too much. My main question is if the board knows what power to send where or basically just a explanation of how you power a three way set. Thanks for the help!
