3 sets of 2 spkrs wired to one channel?

I have 3 sets of 2 speakers, each set being 4 ohm. One set is in a box (they are 6.5" full range), one set of 6x9's in the doors (4 ohm each), and a set of tweeters I'm mounting someplace (LOL, dunno where yet, they are 4 ohm as well). is it possible to wire all 6 of these together in a series, and connect them to one channel of a 2 channel amp? the other channel is currently being used for a 10" sub. Each set of these speakers is a different brand, but they all are 4 ohm speakers.

ok, I dont want that, so what are my options. The amp is a 4 channel, 2 of which are being used (bridged) to push one 10" sub. could I put 4 spkrs on channel 3, and 2 spkrs on channel 4?

true. but on a budget, I'm trying to work with what I already have. I already have 2 amps hooked up, I dunno if I have enough juice to run another.

one amp is a Audiobahn a2600s pushing 2 12's in the bed. the other amp is a jensen, 600watt 4 channel. using channel 1&2 bridge to push one 10" sub. wanted to hook up mids n highs to the other channel(s).

you can wire them up to the two channels (stereo left and right) if the amp is 2 ohm stable in stereo (highly likely it is).

you'll need a high pass crossover on the tweeters to protect them (obviously) - something around 2-4kHz (follow tweeter manufacturer recommendations, or stick with 4kHz or above). everything in parallel will present a near 2 ohm nominal load. the lower combined impedance at high frequencies will be offset by the wire resistance and voice coil inductance.

i suspect the amp will run hot, but it should be able to do it (if you keep volume levels moderate).

how it will sound mostly depends on speaker placement, EQ adjustments, crossover settings, and your use of the volume knob.

you probably don't need the extra tweeters, more is usually not better. but it depends on the speaker placement. i'd start off without the extra tweeters first. if you want more highs, then test tweeter locations (velcro works great for this). apillars are popular locations.

Thanbk you very much for your help. I was afraid that wiring them in parallel would overload the amp. Great idea with the velcro too, had never thought of that. The music will be played loud, because the system is in a 68 c-10, running a inline 6 with straight TRUE dual exhaust, so i have to be able to hear it above the exhaust....lol. Thanks again for your help.

Oh...would you recommend bass blockers or go with an actual crossover? The blockers cam with the tweeters, thats why I asked.

Thanks again!

How do you have 2 - 12's in the bed?

Do you have a blow through setup.

To answer your question the Bass Blockers will be fine.

Also don't the 6x9's have tweeters on them already? I am not sure why you want more tweeters?

No blow thru set-up, didnt want to cut the bed or cab. Just a very large box, vented, with 2 12's, all under a bed cover. Yes the 6x9's do have tweeters, but I think I've overdone the bass, so I figured it would take more than just 2 6x9's to comepensate.
