I am interested in the X-SB 62 but the speaker is 3 ohms,

Sera that can work in an amplifier that only handles 2 and 4 ohms?

Yes, the amp is stable down to 2 ohms. Anything higher than that is fine.

Yes just will get more power then a 4ohm load and less power then a 2ohm load.

My DLS RM6.2's are 3 ohm. You are fine. There is nothing special about the installation. Power will be somewhere between 4 ohm and 2 ohm power of your amp.

u just hook positive to positive and negative to negative do that and all will be good. As in positive of one speaker to positive on one of the amps positive terminals and the same applys with negative.

No worries mate. Pretty much everything is stable to 2 ohms, your 3 ohm load is easier to drive than that.
