I currently have a 12" Fi Q that I was thinking about getting reconed due to some cosmetic scuffs and a little slit in the foam surround. I just found out, it could be 3 weeks or so before it could be done. I was hoping to have everything installed by then. Maybe I should buy another sub, then sell this one?

If you wanna make a beast out of that Fi hit up corey he made a monster out of mine //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

i'm sure this works also //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif but yeah if you go through fi it is going to take a whole Dick year to get your recone.

They have a very high demand because they do very good work with the parts that were designed for the driver. Not to mention, it takes longer to tear down a driver, clean/prep, rebuild than it takes to build new.

If you order a drop in from corey it's much easier than assembling the sub from scratch. All you need to do is glue the surround and spider (not hard). The only thing that requires some skill is soldering the leads onto the terminals
