3 12's or 2 15's

I need help deciding on what I should get 2 15 type r's or 3 12inch type r's. The most space i have to work with is 6-7 cubes, but I dont know which will better suit me.

the 12 inch type r can be had for alot less than the 15s, but the 15s are pretty nice from what i've heard. I'm assuming you're trying to port the box?. Well i think 2 15s would be enough. But a lot of people are very satisfied with 2 12s. there is a lot of material on type rs on this forum. just look around and gain knowledge. And to be honest 1 good 15 should be plenty, i'm not saying type r isn't a good sub, just look around at some other stuff. Ascendant audio has a good 15 inch sub from what people are saying.
