2v rca output vs 4v rca output

not necessarily true a boss deck with 4volts out will sound like **** compared to a alpine deck with 2 volts out it depends more on the brand
Boss makes 4volt..?!? Lol. Brand does and will make the biggesg differene in SQ. most sq decks have 4volts on up....

Op spend the money on a nice quality deck that will last... Im still using an alpine cda 7892!!!!

Deciding between a jvc (2v) and a kenwood (4v) right now, not the best deck but affordable, was just wondering if there was a huge difference in the voltages being different

Either receiver would be fine, made by the same company, pick the one that has more sq features, d/a converter, EQ or internal, HD, BT crossovers, or whatever suits your preference. if the kenwood has the 4 volts go with it, exelon models are high end units.

One of the best sounding decks on the planet has a 2mv preout.
