Ok I already have 2 10' Mtx subs in my car, now can I add 2 more 12' kicker's with those? The mTx has been running with some legacy amp for year's. I have a 750.Zx kicker amp to run the 2 12'subs.

So if this is possible, what would I need? What type of cord? Another battery?

i would go with one or the other and y u make 2 forums??
You mean only using 1 set o f subs? Curious on why?

Made 2 threads because my question's are udmb and I rarley get comment's because of that.

I was thinking leaving the mTx's in the trunk and throwing the kicker box behind my seat. The 10's are nothing to the 12's Dynmat works with the 10's in trunk but the kicker's still shake everything.

do not use two different sets you will have problems with cancellation and different issues .... you are better off using one set

Thank you, Ill take your word for it now this is a little off topic but here I go.

Ok so Lets say I leave the mtx in trunk and put the Kickers behind my seat.

I want to only use 1

example

Mtx for when I go to work or leave my car alone for more then a hour, Which I would take the kicker subs and amp out of car and put them in my house.

Friday/Staurday Night I load the kicker's in the car and just switch the same wires from the mtx/Legacy amp to the Kicker/Kicker amp.

Possible? Any negatives besides time consuming and work load?

Ok so I read things that you guys right here like" Dont let the wires hit the ground" " It fries everything" So if I have wires Amp/Subs sitting on my backseat will this be a problem? Also will I noticed a big differnce in power from having them traped in my thunderbird trunk to moving them right behind me?

I know these are stupid question's but Im new to this and invested alot of money in and dont wanna be a total **** up and screw shit up.

never let a power wire hit any metal on your car you will short somthing out... if you have an unused power wire pull the fuse (guessing you have one) and never let your power and ground wires to touch

So i Take it nothing is metal in my car inside the interior? What about seat buckels?

ok just never let a power wire be exposed anywhere in the car unless there is no power to it... seat buckles would not ground you out but just for reference cover the unused power wire well or unhook it unless you can just pull a fuse from it
