2ohms to dual 4 ohm subs (2)

no dumbass run it at 4 ohms---why would you tell someone to do that and have them run the risk of frying their amp?

and when i say dumbass i mean the guy above me who said run it at 1 ohm.

Ok, ill say this again for the 9 thounsanth time this week. Amps dont operate at a certain resistance. It all depends on how you wire the coils on your speakers. In this case the only way you could wire those subs would be in parallel which would show the amp 1ohm, series/parallel which would show it 4ohms and series which would show it 16ohms. The amp isnt stable @1ohm I assume and 16ohms is was too **** high, so wire it at 4ohms to receive less power but keep your amplifier within a safe operating range.
