Why? If he's got that much glue in the joint I don't think he needs to worry about it sealing...And it's not that difficult to take that stuff off after it dries, especially with a belt sander on hand...geez calm down on the glue lol. when the glue does leak out like that though instead of letting it dry like that you should run your finger across the seam and spread it out a bit
Yep I definately didn't want any air leaks. And its better to have too much glue than not enough. Why? Ok thanks for the input!Yeah it's looking good. For your design concerns if you ditch the 45's and just extend that inner corner (so all the angles are 90) it probably won't affect tuning very much. The only thing I can think of is it will make your port length a tad bit longer which would lower the tuning a bit but again, I doubt it will be an audible difference.
Yeah, it's pretty rough trying to get more accurate than 1/8" without using a CNC machine. I normally only have 1/4" measurements in my designs, and only because you have 3/4" MDF being used. Overall dimensions are almost always in full inches...no reason to have a depth of 19-57/64". //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gifhaha i just added/subtracted 1/64 to some of them and reduced it down to 8ths. Don't know why they give so precise specs.
