I understand your excitement and all, but at this point, whoever is going to show, is going to show. Does it make a difference if they don't? Personally, I don't think so, just makes for a smaller meet, but that's up to you.

the thing is, so many people were hyped up w th this meet....at one point I had 25 definites!

This is a once a year thing and I was hoping for a big turn out.
