lol there isn't any hold me over flow available.

I have a reserve for drum parts incase a cymbal breaks or something random like that. and everything else goes towards either food rent or gas lol

hmm searching around, maybe ill do it one sub at a time.

I'll start with a hdc3 15 on a aq2200 amp @ 1 ohm (the subs will be dual 2ohm)

then when i get the second 15 and second aq2200, ill daisy chain them and run both subs at 2 ohms.

how does that sound?

btw what is the difference between the copper, and aluminum coils?

Aluminum can handle more power but is less efficient and hence less loud at lower power levels.

your best idea was the ground pounder 3000d-pro, i had it and i sold it to my friend drew and its pushing a dc level 4 xl in a mirage inverted backseat wall thing, that amp is an amazing amp and honestly worth every penny!!!! you can find them cheaper used, and they are strappable. and in the future you could run a dedicated alt and batt or two and run 16v get 4000W+ that amp can run under 1 ohm daily but does get warm, never shut off on me. if you can spend a little more for the amp you can take my memphis 4k

Change the Sub to a 1 or 2 Bravox 12" Bravox EDX12D2, they will defiantly take anything you can throw at it rated @3000WRMS read the review done on it at teambravox.org.

cool yeah just curious about the aluminum coils.

but yeah with the amps ill be honest the customer service and warranty's are very appealing to me. I kinda like the aq2200.

and if the hdc3 15 can handle all 2200 watts then i think i might by that set up; 1 hdc3 15 & an AQ2200 at a time. so ill start with one then work my way to two. (set ups) (a pair of both)

btw i got in contact with mechman and he showed me a 250a alt with built in adjustable voltage. 250a @ whatever peak is i think its like 1200 or 2k rps and 150amps @ 800 rpms.

Would it be better to try to raise the input voltage to the batts? even if its just a 12v battery. (both, the one under the hood and in the back)
