U.S. Amps VLX-400. Its an awesome amp. Runs 2400 RMS at .5 or .25, don't remember exact stats. Look into it. Runs 4 power 4 ground wires so it will be lots of fun to hook it up. If ya go that route get some pictures on here!

Found one on eBay. Don't believe that 5k crap though.

U.S. Amps VLX-400. Its an awesome amp. Runs 2400 RMS at .5 or .25, don't remember exact stats. Look into it. Runs 4 power 4 ground wires so it will be lots of fun to hook it up. If ya go that route get some pictures on here!

hmmm

them old orion HCCA's dropped half ohm and played all day. I'm sure it might be able to take quarter ohms for short bursts.

Also, US amps have been tested to take sick drops in ohms...

I'm a bit confused on what your looking for. The VLX is perfect in that range. 2400watts at .25 watts (underrated, I bet your looking at 2700 watts). Give me an idea of what you are trying to do and your price range. I'm good at finding these style amps. Are you looking to burp or general driving amps?
