Post it up guys on what you think price range not over 5-600 bucks, and a low volt amp my car wont push out more then 14-15 volts yet.

the zx is even more under rated. id bid max 650-675 on that....

they're pretty much the same amp.......ive seen kx's rated higher then zx's.......and ive seen zx's rated higher then kx's....i dont think it matters much. Are you sure they are rated at 12 volts?

Up to 90% efficeny, rated at 12v (seems like one of the last few brands that do that nowadays), plays lower than rated impedience DAILY 12V (1 ohm is the swet spot), and takes large amounts of abuse before failing........
....and best of all.... IN YOUR PRICE RANGE. find a used kx 2500.1 for 550ish and be set. It's a beast amp and i miss mine dearly....

i don't know about 1ohm being its sweet spot. I have a couple of these ZXs, and they seem to be picky. Without a high output alternator, your better off running the amp at 2ohms. I ran a zx2500 at 1ohm with a redtop under the hood, big3, yellowtop in the back, 140amp alternator ,and the amp would keep going into and out of protect......

mine was being picky at 1 ohm as well, and i have an HO alt, and 2 batteries.......
