using the squeak definition it's BNIB. squeak says (((To me, BNIB is an item that comes with all original paperwork and packaging materials, and never put into actual personal use. i took it out and turned the buttons back and forth on it and hooked it up to my 6 inch jensen subwoofer that has 2.4mm of xmax hahahahahahahahah!!! hooked up for 5 minutes. it has the original box, plastic bags and twist ties around the cords i just bought it on 10/14/05 so, this is yours for $116 shipped now with a transferrable warranty!!!!!!!!!!!! this price is absolutely firm. please buy it somebody, i'm ready to upgrade.

yep for like 128$ you can get a brand new one from a store. if it whre cheaper i bet someone would buy it. i know i might. but looks like i might need to save my money for a ******.

well, the thing is, i don't have much to sell!! my ebay feedback is 100% , but i only bought a few things and sold a few things. i came here from icixsound.com, because i got tired of the way i was treated over there and the way the mods are turnin it into sesame street with subwoofers, comps and amps. you, not you personally, can ask about me around there if it helps though.

and i know i'm fairly new still, but we all gotta start somewhere. the thing is, somebody would buy this if i was charging $75 for it instead of what it's worth. and plus, i know alotta ppl here buy stuff offa ebay, and there's no problem there/nobody says ' i'm not buyin that TC uberwoofer from him. i don't even know that motherfunker!!' at least i come in here and talk to y'all and show my pic. not tryin to be a ******* about all this either. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

it's like buying a 2006 cadillac for $40k w/60 miles on it vs. a 2006 cadillac for

$32k with 700miles and they both carry a 10yr warranty. what would you, not u personally, buy?? well, it's the same situation here. you can buy from PE or from rythmik audio or apex, but you're gonna get the exact same thing from me, only at a cheaper price w/the same warranty!! i just got a email from brian ding ( owner of rhythmik audio) today and he said he would transfer the warranty to whoever buys it from me.
