Amp Orion Xtr Pro 2400

2400 watts @ 2 ohms

1200 watts @ 4 ohms

thats what i have to work with i want to do a single sub setup i have heard many times of people wiring the amp down below but id only do it for burps so if it was like a dual 1 ohm sub do like 2 ohms daily and below for burps but i dont knwo what i want to do and id love some suggestions for a single 12" let me know!

yes competing slash daily driving, box will probally be around 2.5 to 3.25 feet possibly, amp will be the orion xtr pro 2400 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif hope that helps!

Other tha some uberwoofers, the only sub I can think of that will handle 2400 daily is an MT. but thats nt meant for a dd setup.....

the orion xtr 2400 is an awsome amp... though it does want and needs a nice electrical system... i fried my 160 amp alternator w/ that amp after 6 months running it daily at 2 ohms... when i swaped it up to 4 ohms and ran my SI D2 Magnum, it did fine, except for blowing out the surround on the sub...

well heres whats up i run fine, i burp on a 60 amp fuse, im going to drop in a 150+ for daily driving...but the mts i hear people saying they need to get reconed all the time if you use them for daily....i dunno thou...also the amp will it be stable for 1.4 like noah said //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Lmk and thank you for all your help and suggestions //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Some people like the extra cone area... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Personally, I'd take the MT unless the Solo X was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper. And I'm gonna be running my MT daily...there shouldn't be any problems...unless you're a dummy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
