22's on the blazer

drives/stops almost exactly the same as with the stockers.. since these rims are so light. Much much MUCH improved handling, though.
LOL

Your commenting on weight of the wheels with that much extra weight in there from the audio equipment.

At least put some helper springs on that or somethin, cause thats BAD.

better ride with the weight in the back - not so bouncy. After some more driving, it definitely is a rougher ride with the 22's. Its smoother/straighter on flat highway, but bumpy streets hurt.

Its got a ways to go - but its gettin there //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Hey, this is the first time I've done something that wasn't absolutely needed to keep the car on the road and had nothing to do with SPL... so cut me some slack hehe.

I'm digging the two-tone. Make it nice and shiney and even that shit out and you'll be good.
The red is ok - I'm thinkin wetsand/buff and it'll be alright. You just cant see any shine in the pic.

The grey is shot to shyte... faded and very uneven. I'm thinking repaint it... darker than the rims, but lighter than it is now.

Might take the grey all the way to the bottom too, not sure... gotta get some body work/paint down there anyway Might also put "spkrman" across the bottom... ahhhhhhhh so many options so little time and too much $ to get it done //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

i need some 22s now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif i say drop the front and that'd be pimpin or raise the back

Let me know when you want to get rid of those rims on there. My beater needs a little bling.

SPKRMAN- Walls do a hell of a job lowering a car!

i like the blazer //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
1st gen = my fav body style... car is an 85, I was born in 85... it works out.

My dad gave alcohol to a minor!! ohhhhh snap!! ill have to give him shit (

Mark, you know what would look sweet, I just thought of this from looking at the 2nd pic you have posted....if you got the red part re-painted in like a shiny red color, then got the grey part painted a nice black metallic....that would look phat...something with the lighting in that picture totally makes it come to life...my image for your car. see it?? see it??

So how much were you selling the rims for ? Wish I'd have seen it , they look pretty cool , I had a white 92 two door blazer with the 4.3 Vortech motor , did a 16 sec quarter mile in it at a Boom and Zoom at the grove , pretty quick for an SUV . They make for a pretty loud car too , that back tailgate and window was a pain in the *** though . Do the door handles rattle too ? That used to drive me nuts !

The Blazer looks pretty sweet with those wheels , why not do a simple 1-2 inch spring lift in the back ? Probably could do it for 20 to 30 bucks . Is that a 4x4 blazer ?

Mine had a torsion bar front suspension and when the mounts got old the rubber in them would dry out and crack then they would rattle like a biotch .

Anyway good luck this year to Phat Hertz , I might make it to some shows this year , we'll see .
