Starting the new build next week. To say I'm excited would be a huge understatement! This may be my last full out build, so I'm trying to make it my best.

  • Factory 8.4 Uconnect without Alpine
  • JL Audio Fix 82 (OEM Integration)
  • JL Audio Twk D8 (DSP)
  • Hertz MLK 165.3 Mille Legend's (Front Compoments)
  • Hertz MPX 165.3 Mille PRO's (Rear Coaxial)
  • Alpine R-Series R-W12D4 (Subwoofer)
  • Rockford Fosgate Power T400X4ad (Front and Rear Speakers)
  • Rockford Fosgate Power T750/1bd (Subwoofer)
  • Fox Acousics Single 12 (Vented) Enclosure
I purchased a bulk pack of Dynamat, Stinger FAST Rings, a JL Audio FiX-LSA-4 (in case it's needed), and will be using mostly EFX interconnects.

The install should start next week at a local shop.  The amps, Hertz crossovers, JL Audio Fix and Twk will be displayed behind the rear seat which will be modified to fold forward. Distribution/Fuse block will be displayed also.

Wish me luck!

Good luck

The mini power series amps are impressive for their size. Enjoy
The T750 benched at 982 watts at 2 Ohms and 1028 watts at 1 Ohm.

The T400 benched at 482 watts at 4 Ohms and 571 at 2 Ohms.

If I'm not happy with the passive setup, I'll buy the Power 2-channel (T400X2ad) and go active.   I'm very hopeful that the TwK will allow me to stay passive and still experience the sound that these speakers are capable of producing.   As stated, I may not build another system so I want this one to give me goose bumps every time I listen to it.  If that takes going active, so be it.
