looks really good.Can I have some info on those foam rings you used on the door speakers, I make something like it out of 1" weather stripping but yours looks much better.

No the spare went away and was replaced with a roadside kit under the box. Everything maintains the foam height. So yes, that sub box is only 3.5 in deep. The factory amp is also tucked into the spare area.
