2011 version havocs

I ran into a guy that's selling 4 12" ascendant audio Havocs, they are the 2011 version. The ones with the dish shaped front no dust cap with the little aa symbol at the bottom he has them in a big ported box tuned to 30-32hz area and is trying to sale them to me for $700 bucks. They are fully functional and sound good, and that's with him having all four on like 1500watts. Should I buy them or pass?
