This was a local build I did late august of this year.

Front stage - Morel elate 3-way limited edition component set (active)

processing- Mosconi 6to8

Amplifiers - Mosconi one 120.4 and (2) Mosconi one 240.2

Sub- Illusion Audio Carbon c12 sub woofer

I first started with the removal of door trim pieces and door panel.

Next I modified door sail were the stock tweeter resides to fit the new custom made machined tweeter pods. which flows well with interior accents.

next 3 sets of speaker wires were routed through both doors

Next the trim adapter rings were routed and coated for the door and door panel.

The new components compared to the old OEM components

Next the door was covered with focal bam xxxl and blackhole tile.

Then the mid bass adapter and mid bass were mounted to the door.

The mid range was attached to door panel and the panel received focal Bam xxxl mat.

The same treatment for the driver side was performed on the passenger side.

Next speaker wires, remote wire( fused at fuse box) and 0 gauge power wire are routed on the driver side.

full range signal was tap into at the OEM amp for signal to the Mosconi 6to8.

Also applied focal bam xxxl to fender areas and noisy sheet metal areas.

Moving on to the building process of the mdf enclosure. enclosure size is 1cu ft.
