2008 WRANGLER| 2x FI BTL|XXV| BIG 3?

Hey im getting 2 Fi BTL Subwoofer and a HIFONICS XXV Goliath for my 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I will be setting it up with a 4.861cf^3 ported enclosure tuned at 32hz, a performance optima BAT. and 1/0 Gauge Wiring to the amp. The cyclops puts out 5000x1watts @ 1 ohm and the BTLs are rated at 2000rms. The BTLs will be setup up with every option, except universal. It will be the daily version, with cooling, third slug and high x max coil. Will I be needing to do the BIG 3 seeing that the standard alternator for the 2008 wrangler unlimited is 140 amps? so I will not be needing to change the wires to and from the alty if there already is 1/0 gauge wiring.

Also do you think that each sub will be able to take 2500 watts each? How much can they take with all the features I have added on?

seems like a pretty small enclosure for two BTL

You'll need a new alternator,atleast an extra battery,and the big 3

don't know about the handling ?, but i'd do the big 3 just to be safe, most times, the power lead from alt to batt is small, 1/0 will help the power flow much better imo...

They should take the power. And you also never said what size the subs are, so i cant really help on the enclosure.

The subs are going to be 12" and the displacement of the subs is .15cf^3 each. you think 4.861 if too small for 2 BTLs? What would be a good amount of cubic feet for a ported enclosure tuned to 32hz?

the btl's will take that power fine. mine took about 3500 watts fine... but i wouldn't give it more than that.

you'll wanna do the big 3 with 2 gauge for your stock alt or 1/0 if you get something bigger.

Also your gonna want more than 1 optima.

I would look into a different batt unless your getting a crazy deal on them. I'd get a stinger spv70 for the back and a spv44 for under the hood. Could also look into some deka intimidators from remybattery.com.
