2006 Sentra Rockford Fosgate System

I got this 2006 sentra and it has a fosgate 8" sub in the truck built in from the factory. It barely makes any noise. It moves a little bit so I know its getting power but its not loud at all. Is there an amp gain control or something to turn it up somewhere in this car? I did not see any settings on the stock head unit. Thanks.

Lol, simple as that its just that bad? Is it just there for looks? The 6" speakers in the front doors make more bass then the truck. That aint right.

The average factory sub will provide low-end fill usually not much below 50hz so you are not going to get much boom from a stock system period. I will bet though that its blending with up front which is why it seems like you don't here it from behind you. Disconnect it and I bet money you will notice a difference

Alright well I didnt expect much out of it I was just certain something was broken. I'll try disconnecting it thats a great idea. Thanks for the help.

Ya its probably just ran off the stock HU power so no amp to adjust gain.
