Hope not as these subs sound muddy as hell on pretty much everything. They just get pretty loud on rap....

nice. Thanks on the comp on the box. And the 20 tweets are not all going into the truck. I will probably use maybe 6 lol. might find a way to use a few more in the grill or something lol. dunno I might use afew in the truck bed dunno i'll use them somewhere some how eventually. even if its a to put wall of tweets lol. wonder what kind of db's I could get with 20 tweets lol. Put about 400 rms to each lol. JK JK JK but seriously for 15 bucks for 20 its cheap and I'll use them some where or just let them collect dust or sell them locally to ppl

nice. on the vid man. Nice to see the same setup i'll be running on 2x the power lol. how did these subs take that power? lol. I've heard mixed reviews on the power. some say 50 watts over rms will smoke these subs. some say they will take a good 500 clean rms watts ... so dunno

as for the subs being muddy. honestly in a truck like mine everything is muddy. because if its as close to you as mine is. everything is just annoyingly loud. because the port will either unload at the roof that will channel it at your head, or it unloads at the headrest. so if you think about it... I cant say i've ever heard someones port not be muddy.

They took the power on burps fine. But on music they would start to smell after about 30 seconds

i hopefully will get the replacement sub soon. I hate having 5 out of the six subs usable. At this point i'm considering just running 5. I will end up with a 1.16 ohm load if I run 5 so...

I dunno. put 30 bucks towards something else i guess.

baffle looks pretty wopped....u use that bigass knife to cut it?

I blew one of Hfi's with my 1500.1d on 4 of em. Rest of them took it fine until about full tilt 1/4 gain got them smelly.
