2005 Denali Pioneer AVIC-X920BT Install Help

I have a 2005 Yukon Denali XL I have just replaced the stock Bose HU w/a Pioneer AVIC-X920BT. I had to install a Axxess GMOS04 to keep the functionality of my Onstar and interior speakers. I now have alternator whine w/this headunit.

My question is, why? Any ideas? Should I ground the GMOS04 to the vehicle chasis? Should I ground the GMOS04 RCA's to the HU? I'm looking for any ideas.

You can try all those option, it could just the be Axxess unit itselt, I would recomend PAC/Peripheral much better quality products.
