2005 Chevy impala firewall

im trying to install a amp in my 2005 impala but having trouble running the power wire thur the firewall. can anyone help me out with a picture, video or something?

im pretty sure there is still a factory grommet in the passenger side footwell of the 05 impala just like there is in most gm vehicles...under the carpet up towards the dash and a bit to the left...ill try to find a pic of what im talking about

i also read that there is a grommet right behind the alternator you need to use a screwdriver or something to push the foam back and then it should be smooth sailing from there

the passenger side is the one i use personally in my 07 grand prix and the other ones came straight from impala forums
