I just got the truck, Chevy 1500HD and I am looking at doing new setup. Has anyone done a behind the rear seat sub enclosure? I have two Atomic ATM1250's.

I had them hitting hard in a Z-71 X-cab with 400 watts going to each. I am looking at Kole Audio's MFW10's or MFW12's (from what I saw they run in little less than 1 cubic foot of air space) and running a Kole Audio QX13000D, a QX12400Dto the subs or a KX21920. I am open to any ideas.

Ideas looking for is:

Sealed or Ported?

How many subs?

10's or 12's?

What amp?

Power Acoustik or Kole Audio?

Thanks,

Dan

My cousin has the same truck but his is the 2500 and right now he has 2 prefab truck boxs under the rear seat with 2 kicker 10's and a kicker 600 amp, and it sounds like sht. But I believe it is just the boxs I would really look into doing some fiberglass work to get more space out of it.
