Those pics are before I cleaned up the wiring and put the backseat back in. overall it sounds great, I just wanted to get the sub in there. I'll yank the box and cover it this week sometime.

Thoughts? Criticism?

I can get you the outside measurements, as far as the port goes, the whole side that's over the transmission hump is the port and I don't have those measurements. A guy that used to own his own shop made it for me. I'll pm you the measurements tonight.

so I have a problem now, the 1508 has almost zero output. I've played with my settings and can't get anything to sound right.

the h/u has 3 outputs, comps are on the front, the sub is on the "sub" output, im going to go check my amps setting. brb

I checked my amp settings, put my hpf on 30 and my lpf on 80ish, it sounds better but it's still at a level I would call "mediocre". For example, my dad had a 10" bazooka tube in his jeep grand cherokee off a profile 400 watt amp and it absolutely murders this setup in bass. Somethings not right

It's wired right. It originally had a bass knob, but I bought it as a refurb from ikesound so it didn't come with one. If a bass knob isn't plugged in, where does the level stay?

Is there any way you can swap amps out with your father? If you bought it as a return it could possibly be the amp. I have that same amp on my 2 SS 8" and it pushes them hard.

He sold the amp with his jeep a few months ago, I was contemplating selling the dd and buying a dual voice coil 1508 so I could give it 800 rms.
