2003 Lexus RX300 Speaker Replacement

I just got a 2003 Lexus RX300. It appears to have the premium audio system installed, but does not have navigation. My understanding is that it has a subwoofer under the front passenger seat and a 240 separate amplifier. I am not wanting to change major audio components, nor the subwoofer at this time, but would like to replace the component speakers up front (I believe they are 6.5's) and the speakers in the rear doors. As you can tell I don't have a ton of money (just getting a 2003 vehicle), but like quality....it is a Lexus with 60,000 miles. Folks got any good suggestions for replacement of the OEM speakers with ones that will handle a not to high wattage amplifier?
