2001 Saturn L200 H/U Install

I recently bought a 2001 Saturn L200. It has 8 speakers, 4 tweeters and 4 mid drivers. The system sounds good right now, but I am curious about putting a new head unit it. Will the sound automatically be directed, as it is now, to the tweeters and mids? Or will I have to do some rewiring to get some of the sound to the mids, and some to the highs... anyone install into one of these before?

Will the harness alone direct the frequencies to the appropriate speakers? seems unlikely...

there is probably a factory amp. so yeah if there is a harness for your car, its made to wire in to the amp. and the amp is what will direct the frequencies. etc.

and after going to that site i gave you, there is a wireing harness you need. to wire in the deck.
