2001 s10/Blazer doors

wow that looks awesome. i got a question, i'm thinking of doing something similar and i'd like to repaint the entire door panel, but it feels like its a hard vinyl or something. kind of hard to explain. what should i do if i want to repaint the entire door when i built the housings? its a 2000 jeep gc btw.

What kind of paint do you use to paint over the finished panel?
Excellent job, btw.

Sand/scuff the whole panel with a medium grit scuff pad or 220 - 400 grit sand paper. Clean it real well. Then spray some SEM clear texture spray over the build and into the stock pieces, blending it in.

Then I used some SEM color matched paint (graphite) and painted the build and blend into the rest of the panel.

It takes some practice to get it right and the textures to look factory.

What fiberglassing product did you use? Like brand of resin etc..

I use US Composits resin by the 5 gallon bucket full.

Since I use so much, I order the general purpose poly.

If your a weekend warrior, get the Premium 440. It is better by the gallon.

appriecate it man! I was so busy thinking about it that I didn't even think I could look it up with a multimeter.

You should use an adapter. You might gain some insight on a Town Car forum as well. https://www.installer.com/cars/by_car.php?carid=3402
