So this guy wants to charge me 80 bucks to install.

I want to put a 10" behind the seat and a 500w crunch amp under the pass side bench seat.

stock stereo. (should i invest in a new one b4 getting a sub?)

new door speakers.

2001 nissan XE single cab bench seat. INSTALLATION HELP PLEASEE

typically a basic amp install is around 60-80 bucks, it depends on what more he is doing.

when i was doing installs at a shop and bestbuy,

we had 2 hours to do an amp intall and it involved running a power wire, ground, rca to the headunit, remote, rca and mount amp.

if you wanted speakers mounted and wired typically 15 bucks

integrate to a stock head unit $25.

these price do not include parts or custom labor

speaker install was like $35 and component was like $60-$75

honestly nissan is a cake of a car, just say SCREW IT and do it your self.

i bet you someone has installed an amp in that car, maybe not on this forum but you can probably get some hints as to where the grommet is to run a power wire, where to ground if there is an existing bolt, or make a ground, or just run a ground from the battery.

tapping into the headunit is not hard, but honestly for the amount of money a new headunit is versus crappy quality LOC. get you a nice alpine, pioneer, or eclipse.

BE A MAN AND INSTALL YOUR AMP, lol
