2001 chevy suburban radio install help

Hey guys....just bought a 2001 suburban and plan on installing my 9887 in there today....it has no bose but has onstar however it is expired and do NOT plan on getting a subscription for it....So I was wondering if anyone knew if im gonna run into problems like bypassing the factory amp or anything like that? or will i run into any problems with the regular wiring harness....plan on upgrading the door speakers and adding the rest of my entire system but for now I just want to install the radio with the factory speakers untill I get some money...thanks!

you can use a regular harness and run your own accessory source.

there is a pink wire on the small factory harness that is a turn on for the factory amp. the rest is just the usual:thumbsup:

you can also just bypass the factory amp should be behind the glove box

butt pink to power antenna and run the ignition wire to an ignition fuse in the fuse panel
