2000 to 3000 RMS Amp

I'm wanting to buy a 2000 to 3000 watt amp to power 2 XFLs. I'd like to buy something for $300 or less, otherwise I'll just end up buying a brand new BC2000.

It needs to be able to clamp 2k+, not just have an exaggerated rating... So no crap

Get an aq2200.

That's probably what I'm going with unless I can find a used VFL 120/150, dc2k, sundown or similar pretty soon

Do not get that DB drive 2000.1 what ever you do it is some of the poorest refurbish work i have ever seen in my entire life screw kenon refurbs man. Mine worked for 30 seconds sounded great and never came out of protect. they replaced the power supplies with some of the cheapest materials known to man and did it poorly. I now have a soundstream rub2500 which is underrated powering a skar zvx 15. Plus they are easy amps to repair as I am repairing one right now so I can strap them together..

Yea they are kenon refurbs. lol Trust me terrible work I know first hand.. They probably just recycled that same amp 6 or 7 times. I like soundstream can't be beat for the price can be bought for 280 new. Also the RE audio 5000.1 is 299 from sonic and puts up 2500 rms as well so its all preference. AQ 2200 nothing but good reviews with that amp too. Good luck with purchase.

That's a good price but it doesn't put out quite what I want at 1 ohm and I can't support .5 with my current electrical.

modded mmats d300hc, super rare, tiny, one of the most efficient amps ever made, powerhouse, stable down to .12 ohms.

you can support .5 with this on stock electrical with big 3, but itll do 2500 at 2
