2000 to 3000 RMS Amp

I'm wanting to buy a 2000 to 3000 watt amp to power 2 XFLs. I'd like to buy something for $300 or less, otherwise I'll just end up buying a brand new BC2000.

It needs to be able to clamp 2k+, not just have an exaggerated rating... So no crap

That's a good price but it doesn't put out quite what I want at 1 ohm and I can't support .5 with my current electrical.

The m2 should be pretty close to 2000 watts if not more.

I've seen them clamp +/- 1500w at 12 volts. Which is spot on to the 1800w RMS rating at 14.4v.
