Nice LN, reminds me of my old 03 LS... Becareful though cuz your car has a NorthStar engine and they are very famous for blown head gaskets. You should get symptoms after about 110,000miles.

I like them though.. Very sexi cars.. Nice job on the box too

LS does not have Northstar engine. If it's a V-8 it's a 3.9. The biggest problem was valve cover gaskets leaking and shorting out coil packs.

LOL you guys talking about leaking gaskets causing mis fire...

funny thing is i bought the car.. day i bought it engine light was on.. went to for dealership for diagnostic... sure enough oil was leaking in and causing misfire... they quoted me 1200. I call dude i bought from and said listen you better fix this i have had it a day.. one day later it was all fixed up for me..//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif i finished putting everything in today, i'll try to get some pics of of install tomorrow. maybe a vid. i want to make sure my gains are set properly with dmm and break in a little.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif sounds good especially these tweets on exile.

The alternator I got from dB electrical in ohio. 200 alt was 199.99. Its fits OEM. This is the second one i purchased. Although I think my regulator is f!cked because im charging at 15.8

haha north star is the Cadillac engines, not Lincoln. I've always been a huge fan of Lincolns considering I'm on my second town car... Good looking car, nice build those ixl 10s should make you really happy.... Not a big fan of the LS as it actually a jaguar and there actually less reliable then fords if that was even a possibility ha. Northstar is a Cadillac product which is owned by GM...

Lincoln is owned by Ford. Ford also owns Jaguar, which is where the Lincoln 3.9L V8 comes from.

How did you come up with Northstar V8? Not even in the same parent-company rofl.
